Exciting news – the Mantua Preservation Project is now leasing!
The twenty-nine, mostly 2-bedroom apartments that make up our newest affordable housing development are all located around 32nd St and Haverford Ave in Mantua. All of the units are newly renovated and are available to households earning up to 60% of the area median income (around $57,000 per year in 2020). Voucher holders are of course welcome to apply, and no one will be turned away on the basis of their age, race, gender, nationality, family status, documentation status, or any identity they hold.
Below you can find a copy of the rental application, which can be completed and mailed to our leasing office at 3311 Wallace Street, Suite B, Philadelphia, PA 19104. Since not all of the apartments will open at the same time, we will be maintaining a waiting list for qualified families.
