In general, you will need the following documents to receive our tax preparation assistance: valid photo ID; valid Social Security cards for taxpayers and dependents; income statements including W2s, unemployment, disability, Social Security, and retirement income; Forms 1098 and 1099 if applicable; child care coverage information if applicable; Form 1095-A, Health Insurance Marketplace Statement; checking and savings account information for direct deposit.
